6. A NOTE
November 6th: We all have people in our lives who inspire us. They show us how we can live, the great things we can accomplish and who we can become. In them we see mirrors that reflect the character and nature of Jesus.
Thankfulness challenge: Write a thank you note to someone who has inspired you to become who you are.
November 5th: “I no longer call you servants… Instead, I have called you friends” – John 15:15. What a friend we have in Jesus. He is loving, merciful, kind, joyful, a lot of fun, the glorious King of all, and His desire is to know you, as a friend.
Thankfulness Challenge: Today’s challenge is simple. Spend time with Jesus, open your heart and share with Him why you are thankful for Him.

November 1st: Today, let’s thank God for his provision. He is so faithful to provide for us and so we can call on Him as “jehovah-jireh” (Hebrew), God our provider. Moreover, as we thank Him for blessing us, let’s be intentional about bringing His abundant provision to others in our city.
Thankfulness Challenge: We will be partnering with a ministry in our city to bring meals to those in need during Thanksgiving. Sign up to volunteer with us to serve a meal on Thanksgiving: sign up here. More details to come!
On Sunday, November 1st, we handed out these 26 Days of Thankfulness Bookmarks. There are checkboxes for every day so you can easily keep track of your progress. Additionally, there will be a surprise for those who complete all the actions (on November 26th, simply send a picture of yourself with your completed bookmark to firstname.lastname@example.org) If you did not attend the service to receive one of these, you can still print it out and make your own!
