This group is focused on stewarding the temple that God gave us by attaining and maintaining a healthy weight and good health. We will use the book Dr. A's Habits of Health and study what the bible says about living in health. Helpful if you have lots of weight to lose, just a few stubborn pounds or have high blood pressure, high blood sugars or high cholesterol and desire to lower them. Teaching on practical methods for permanent weight control, optimal health and prayer and support along the way. We will give God the glory!!!!
