Please park in the “Above Ground Handicap Parking Lot” next to the football field on 131 S. St. John St. (1st driveway after our church). There will be a reserved designated parking spot with your name on it. This is where your host driver will park.


Each Speaker is allowed to bring two guests complimentary (spouse, assistant, family, friend), not including themselves. After the two comps, any additional person the speaker is bringing needs to register and pay the fee.

Due to our limited space and security reasons in our Special Seating area, we are asking that all of our speakers give us plenty of notice of any family members and /or friends that will be accompanying them to the conference. Please list those who will be joining you below, including those that pay the registration fee, so we can ensure Special Seating.


Because we broadcast live, all visual aids must be pre-approved, due to copy right laws.

Our church and conferences generally cater to casual dress attire. Please feel free to dress in what is most comfortable for you. Because each service in Ambassador Auditorium is broadcasted and filmed, we ask that you would wear appropriate clothes for the cameras.

Harvest International Ministry is pleased to cover the cost of two coach class advanced purchased tickets.


LAX is 28 miles from our hotel of choice, The Courtyard by Marriott. Depending on traffic, the driving time can range from 45min to 90min. The hotel is 1 mile from Ambassador Auditorium.

Burbank Bob Hope is 13 miles from our hotel of choice, The Courtyard by Marriott. Depending on traffic, the driving time can range from 20min to 30min. The hotel is 1 mile from Ambassador Auditorium.

In order to reimburse you, we must have a copy of your official itinerary airfare receipt (with airline name & names of the people traveling) as soon as possible. Please email the flight itinerary to Rebecca Lee (rlee@hrockchurch.com) 30 days before the start of the conference.

Transportation from the airport will be provided for you. Your Host Driver will meet you at the airport and transport you to the hotel. Please let us know if you have made prior transportation arrangements and do not need us to provide you with a host driver.

Internet & Fax machine: The hotel does have high speed internet access in every room through a cable, and free wireless internet access is available in the lobby area. If you should need to send a fax, please see the front desk, as it is complimentary.

Room Service, Breakfast & Coffee from the Café: Harvest International Ministry will cover the cost of your meals at the hotel. Please order either room service, or from the Café, whenever you wish. Breakfast is served in the dining room in the Lobby in the mornings. We will take care of all food related room service/café charges.
