Is there a mobile app?
Is creating an account required?
No, you are always welcome to give a one-time gift without creating an account. Creating an account will allow you to view your transactions online at any time, and allow you to set up recurring donations.
What credit card can I use?
Can I use my bank account?
Yes, just click the button “Give from a bank account” above the credit card number field.
Can I schedule a recurring donation?
Yes! Just click the “Recurring gift” tab on the first page before entering a donation amount.
How can I cancel or get a refund?
You can cancel recurring donations at any time through your PushPay account. You can request a refund by using the email form or calling our church office.
I didn’t create an account, how can I view my transactions online?
You are always welcome to give without creating an account, however, only gifts given while logged in are available to view online. Please feel free to contact the Accounting office at any time to request a record of your giving.
