What/Who is PushPay?

PushPay is the company we have partnered with to provide an easy way to give online. For more information, please visit: www.pushpay.com

Is there a mobile app?
Yes! The PushPay mobile app is available from the Google Play Android and Apple app store. Windows phone users do not have a mobile app at this time, but may use our mobile-friendly web page to make donations.
Is creating an account required?

No, you are always welcome to give a one-time gift without creating an account. Creating an account will allow you to view your transactions online at any time, and allow you to set up recurring donations.

What credit card can I use?

You can use Mastercard, Visa, American Express and Discover cards. In addition, you can also donate from your bank account.

Can I use my bank account?

Yes, just click the button “Give from a bank account” above the credit card number field.

Can I schedule a recurring donation?

Yes! Just click the “Recurring gift” tab on the first page before entering a donation amount.

How can I cancel or get a refund?

You can cancel recurring donations at any time through your PushPay account. You can request a refund by using the email form or calling our church office.

I didn’t create an account, how can I view my transactions online?

You are always welcome to give without creating an account, however, only gifts given while logged in are available to view online. Please feel free to contact the Accounting office at any time to request a record of your giving.
